Salary Incentives

In addition to competitive salaries and benefits package, Memorial Hospital Los Banos offers additional salary incentives.

Sign On Bonus

NURSING:

Full Time Registered Nurse - $3,000
Part Time/Per Diem Registered Nurse - $1,500

RADIOLOGY

Full Time Radiology Technician - $5,000
Part Time/Per Diem Radiology Technician - $2,500

Bonus Shift Pay

RADIOLOGY: $10.00 per hour
REGISTERED NURSE: $ 8.00 per hour
LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE: $ 5.00 per hour
NON-LICENSED PERSONNEL: $ 3.00 per hour

Shift Differentials

EVENING (1500 - 2350)

Licensed Staff - $1.50/hour
Unlicensed Staff - $.60/hour

NIGHT (2300 - 0730)

Licensed Staff - $3.00/hour
Unlicensed Staff - $1.25/hour

WEEKEND

Licensed Staff - $1.25/hour
Unlicensed Staff - $.50/hour

Certification Pay

Memorial Hospital Los Banos will compensate employees who are required by the job description of their primary job code to maintain specific certification in order to work in designated departments. Any employee who is eligible to receive payment for required certification shall be compensated at $.25 per certification per hour (up to a maximum of four (4) certifications). An additional certification pay of $.50 per hour will be paid for an employee who has obtained an MSN degree, and $.25 per hour for a BSN degree. This amount will be paid in addition to the employee's base hourly rate.
