Probationary Employment

The first 90 calendar days of employment is considered as the "Probationary Period". The Hospital can extend the duration of the Probationary Period one or more times, if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it determines that such an extension is appropriate. The employment relationship can be terminated by the employee or the employer at any time during or after the Probationary Period, for any reason, without any advance notice.
During the Probationary Period, the employee will earn Paid Time Off (PTO), if eligible. However the employee may not use PTO unless he/she has completed the 90 day Probationary Period.
